Hayley focuses her practice on intellectual property matters including U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, licensing, validity and infringement studies, and opinions - with a focus on electronics, electro-mechanical devices, and semiconductor manufacturing and operation. Hayley has been with Seed IP for more than a decade - beginning as a law clerk in 2007, then associate, and now as partner of the firm.
Hayley is the Practice Leader of Seed IP’s Electrical Engineering Practice Group and is Chair of the firm’s Opportunity DEI Subcommittee.

Hayley is admitted to the Washington State Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), at which she serves as an active participant on the Patent Law Committee, is Chair of the IDS Subcommittee, and is on the Law Associations Committee.
